Redesign & Repartition of an apartment unit located in Givat Yearim for residential and rental purposes.

The planning process began with analysis and understanding the important functions for the apartment owner, Following site tour, space measurement and Initial program.

After that, I designed several floor plans for the client's approval, a step that allowed me to move on and cooperate with the executing contractor. 

 

Emphasizing the importance of the living space in the apartment and the ergonomic division throughout the house allows pleasant feeling and flow of the domestic space. 

For instance, in order to enable a comfortable and improved living experience, the window frames were widened, to allows natural light enter the space and for ventilation purposes, which was missing in the old house's structural envelope.
